Serving: 4-5 persons.
Preparation: Marinate each pack with 500gr meat
Step 1: Marinate the meat with Sauce for char siu paste and cooking oil for 60 to 90 minutes.
Step 2: Put the meat on the electric oven, bake at temperature of 175 ° C for about 20 minutes. Note: Can be baked by charcoal or microwave oven.
Step 3: Turn the meat and spread the remaining paste on the meat surface, continue to bake for about 20 minutes to soften the meat and colour turns to red-brown.
