Preparation: Marinate each pack with 500 gr meat
Serving: 4-5 people
-Step 1: Frying minced onion and garlic, then put the meat inside and stir util the meat turns firming
-Step 2: Pour one pack of sweet and sour sauce for spare ribs, stir about 1-2 minutes to make sauce absorb into meat
-Step 3: Add water (about one bowl), cook until boiling, turns the fire down, and cook til the spareribs are soft and the sauce is thicken.
-Step 4: Placethe meat on the plate. Served with hot rice
